Monthly Tutoring Reports for Active Tutors

• Adult Tutors
  • PLEASE contact Andrea via email or phone for the new 2012 adult monthly tutoring report. Reports are due on the 10th of every month. neuber@winlit.org or 920.236.5209 x4802
  
  
• Child Tutors
  • Child Monthly Report:
    • Print report form, fill out, & submit via mail or at WCLC office
  • Family Literacy Activity Logs - Directions: This form is to be completed by the Child Tutor and the parent. Please write the literacy activity that you did with your child(ren) and the number of minutes you spent with your child(ren) involved in that activity each day. 
    • Activity Log in DOC form to print, fill out & submit manually
